Recipe: Branded ginger tea
Ginger tea is an excellent anti-cold and antiviral agent that will help you not get sick in autumn and winter. Bon appetit and stay healthy!
We need the following ingredients:
- 1 ginger root - 30-40 g
- 3-4 orange slices
- 3-4 slices of lemon
- mint
- honey
Preparation:
- Clean and rub the ginger root. Cut the orange and lemon into wedges.
- Place the grated ginger, sliced slices and mint in a teapot and pour boiling water over it for 3-4 minutes.
- We pour it into cups and serve it with honey in a bowl.
