Recipe: Branded ginger tea

Ginger tea is an excellent anti-cold and antiviral agent that will help you not get sick in autumn and winter. Bon appetit and stay healthy!

 

We need the following ingredients:

  • 1 ginger root - 30-40 g
  • 3-4 orange slices
  • 3-4 slices of lemon
  • mint
  • honey

Preparation:

  1. Clean and rub the ginger root. Cut the orange and lemon into wedges.
  2. Place the grated ginger, sliced slices and mint in a teapot and pour boiling water over it for 3-4 minutes.
  3. We pour it into cups and serve it with honey in a bowl.
