Restaurant "KUPAVA" was conceptually conceived in 2000. Initially, a small reconstruction of the restaurant built before the 1980 Olympics was planned "Cooperator" , which at the time of its acquisition had not been working for four years, was nailed down and only people who caused the violent boiling of the 80s, so to speak, another child of NEP, reminded, like a silent monument, of their youth, cheerful sleepless nights with dances and forbidden , at that time, for ideological reasons, with the songs of today's favorite chanson.

Yes, already in those years a small social network of friends of the restaurant had the right to life.

So the restaurant was bought not as a commercial object, but as a warm memory of youth.

Then began the reconstruction, which turned into capital construction, with continuous conceptual development and expansion of the territory, which continues to this day!

It is this constant movement forward that allows restaurant not only to keep their old and favorite customers, but also to constantly win new, young, completely socially different, but loyal fans.
