Dear guests! In our complex "Kupava" there is a small but very cozy hotel. Our task is to make it a second home for people vacationing with us! And everything in this house should be convenient and comfortable!

Life with small children, who constantly require care and increased attention, in itself can hardly be called relaxing, coming to a hotel for some time one way or another, it will become stressful, as the parents will be pulled out of their usual environment at home, and our task is to create conditions for the vacation that are not worse, but even better, to some extent. It is for family holidays that the largest number of services in the room are provided - cleaning every day, the possibility of additional cleaning, frequent change of linen, household appliances and the possibility to order all types of services - laundry, ironing, room service.

Convenience of accommodation is also an important factor. A family is, as a rule, several people, but it is on vacation that parents sometimes want to have at least a little personal space, which means that the room should consist of at least two connecting rooms (just like ours), and it is also possible to bring additional seats to the room - a high chair or other accessories necessary for the child. For a family vacation, it is a good opportunity to connect two adjacent rooms with a common door - as in our cottages.

Guests who choose a hotel for rest want a change of scenery, however - when communicating with the whole family, they want to feel at home)) Here it is not enough to simply provide a high level of service - the personal attitude of the staff to their guests is very important.
